I’m really pleased you didn’t fall into the trap – I just love those kids but the video there was for an example of how easy it is to get distracted.

I really think setting a few manageable targets is a great way to get stuff done. There’s always things we prefer to be doing – and using those as a reward when the more tedious stuff is done really works for me.

You must be a mind-reader! I needed to get that email from you this morning. What a great blog post! I skipped watching the video until I’d read the rest of your post — not sure if that was just a trick or what. I need to heed and follow your advice, I waste way too much time — you know I’ve already told you my story and struggle way too much with ADD and need to get a handle on focus.

Speaking of posts, I hope to get a new post on my blog today or tomorrow and then hope to make it a habit of putting something helpful on there every couple of days — we’ll see how that works out. I’ve been very busy working on building some other businesses and that’s why the blog hasn’t progressed in a while! That’s not a good excuse (as if there’s a such thing as a good excuse!).

Thanks for the post, it really kicked me in the butt, just what I needed.
