Frankly I was amazed at the number of visitors he has managed to get to one of his sites in a really short time AND how quickly he managed to get his post moved from page 2 to page 1 on Google for the term “blogging instructions”
Essentially, as part of the ongoing tuition at Blogging Beginners Randy was demonstrating how important it is to concentrate on improving the ranking of key words that your site visitors are already searching for. If you have a reasonable number of visitors finding your site with a particular phrase that isn’t already on page one of Google, think how many more visitors there will be for a page one listing.
Now, my little experiment here is to emulate what Randy achieved although I’m skeptical at this stage. That’s because I’ve not promoted this blog at all so far. I’ve been using it solely as a demonstration of WordPress theme customisation, plugins etc for Blogging Beginners so there’ll need to be a massive leap in my rankings.
Let’s see what happens. Oh yes, I have a page entitled How To Create A Blog that contains the blogging instructions this post really refers to; why you should avoid free blogs; why you need to ensure your permalinks are set up correctly BEFORE you make your first post; how to keep the blog moving up the search engine rankings and so much more. I think it’s quite good. Let me know what you think.

Great post for blogging instructions on how to set up a blog and easy to follow the steps-now why didn’t that other program work? They missed the important part of doing it right the first time. Blogging for beginners is a great program that I am following and its making a big difference on my site.
